This policy explains how DealerReach ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website (dealerreach.ai), our free trial and demo, and our advertising service for vehicle dealers. We are the data controller for this information.

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We receive limited billing information from Stripe, such as your name, email, subscription plan and payment status.
To create your adverts, our system reads the vehicle listings published on your dealership website (for example vehicle make, model, specification, price, description and photos). This is your own publicly listed stock data.
If you take a social package, you grant us permission (through Meta Business and/or Google) to publish posts to your own Facebook Page, Instagram account and/or Google Vehicle Ads on your behalf. We access only what is needed to publish and manage those adverts. We never ask for or store your social media passwords.
Like most websites and apps, we record limited technical data such as IP address, browser type and how the trial is used, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the service — such as payment processing, secure cloud hosting, and content-generation services — each acting under appropriate data-protection terms and only as needed to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK (for example in the USA). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations. Trial and enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for follow-up, then deleted or anonymised.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@dealerreach.ai and we'll respond within one month.
Our website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and using reputable providers. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
DealerReach is a service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed, and significant changes will be notified to active customers.
